We started in 2010 as a boutique firm focusing only on bank recruiting. We have offices in Chicago, Lincolnshire, IL, and Rockport, TX.

We connect financial institutions with top banking talent and help candidates find new opportunities. We place professionals in many banking roles, including Presidents, CEOs, and other C-suite positions (Chief Accounting, Chief Credit, Chief Financial, Chief Compliance/Enterprise Risk Officers). We also recruit for Loan/Deposit Operations Managers, Retail Sales Managers, Commercial or Business Bankers, and other roles in accounting, administration, lending, credit, compliance, HR, IT, and operations. Many of our recruiters were bankers themselves.

We are a small team of 1-10 employees. Our talent acquisition professionals bring over 105 years of combined banking experience, and most of us are former bankers. This background gives us a unique understanding when evaluating banking talent. We believe in constant communication and a results-driven approach.
