Come join an incredible People Operations team to start or continue to grow your background in the best way, with some of the best people.
Essential Functions:
People Ops Admin:
○ Draft offer letters and other personal documents.
○ Answer People Operations related inquiries.
○ Support People Operations team as needed.
HRIS Admin:
○ Maintain accurate employee records
○ Accurately process employee changes - salary, job title, status, etc.
○ Various audits - training status, I-9 compliance, complete prole information,
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Precise data entry and thorough documentation skills
- The ability to stay focused and manage their time effectively while working remotely
- The ability to keep information confidential and to disseminate when appropriate
Required (Education/Experiences/Competencies):
- A minimum of one year of human resource experience.
- A minimum of one year using an HRIS
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred (Education/Experiences/Competencies):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- At least 1 year of experience using Paylocity
Fair work deserves fair wages. At Valera, we value this role at between $22-$25.
