- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Draft employment contracts and manage offboarding procedures
- Establish and maintain assessment and reward systems to evaluate team members' work performance
- Provide regular feedback to employees and support their professional development
- Collaborate closely with internal and external parties to ensure smooth HR operations
- Execute tasks and projects as assigned by superiors, supporting the overall HR strategy
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, contributing to a cohesive and motivated work environment
