Responsibilities

  • Administer payroll and benefits management, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Perform payroll calculations, including wage taxes
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws across different states in the USA
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Draft employment contracts and manage offboarding procedures
  • Establish and maintain assessment and reward systems to evaluate team members' work performance
  • Provide regular feedback to employees and support their professional development
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external parties to ensure smooth HR operations
  • Execute tasks and projects as assigned by superiors, supporting the overall HR strategy
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, contributing to a cohesive and motivated work environment

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred experience in startups, high-tech, well-known tech companies, or blockchain companies
