About Furnished Quarters

Steve and Gary Brown founded Furnished Quarters in 1998 as a privately owned company providing short-term furnished housing. We offer temporary apartments and corporate housing for business and leisure travelers, individuals, relocation companies, and corporate clients, including Fortune 500 companies. Our residences feature fully equipped kitchens and 247 guest service. Our in-house interior design team furnishes each residence, which are located in various full-service communities, luxury high-rises, and classic walk-ups.

Our global headquarters are in New York City, with regional offices in Boston and San Francisco. We have housing in New York (Manhattan, Brooklyn, White Plains), New Jersey (Hoboken, Jersey City), Massachusetts (Boston, Cambridge), Connecticut (Fairfield County, Stamford), California (San Francisco, Silicon Valley), and other global markets.

We are an LGBTQ+ diverse and NGLCC-certified company. We also prioritize sustainability; over half of our buildings are LEED certified. We use energy-efficient appliances, digital check-ins, and in-home essentials made from durable materials. This has earned us Silver and Bronze Sustainability Ratings from EcoVadis.
