How You’ll Contribute:

  • Support active implementation efforts across multiple states with a focus on K-12 education freedom programs (e.g., ESAs, tax credits, open enrollment).
  • Draft implementation tools such as state-specific project plans, RFP outlines, stakeholder communications, FAQs, process documentation, and family/provider materials.
  • Contribute to the design and documentation of customer service strategies, technology integrations, and family engagement resources.
  • Draft memos, internal briefings, and external deliverables to support implementation planning and execution.

What You Will Bring:

  • 3–7 years of experience in state government, policy implementation, or education reform with direct involvement in program operations.
  • Strong understanding of program administration, state agency operations and/or vendor management within K-12 education systems.
