💡 The Role
Reporting to the Head of Influencer Marketing, you’ll help shape and execute influencer strategies for key client campaigns. You’ll lead efforts to build authentic creator partnerships that align with brand goals, enhance reach, and drive engagement—collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver strategic and impactful work.
This is a freelance, project-based role, ideal for someone who brings influencer expertise, creativity, and autonomy to the table.
🧠 What you’ll do
Design & Activate Campaigns – Build and launch integrated influencer programs that support broader marketing strategies.
Manage Relationships & Partnerships – Source and manage influencer partnerships end to end: negotiations, deliverables, contracts, and execution.
Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with internal teams to ensure influencer strategies are aligned with brand goals and integrated across campaigns.
Measure & Optimize – Track success, manage budgets, and suggest improvements based on performance.
👀 Who you are
A self-starter with strong project ownership skills.
Excellent at building and managing relationships with creators.
Strategic, creative, and deeply familiar with the influencer space.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
✅ You have
6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally in brand or agency environments.
A proven track record of leading successful influencer campaigns across different markets.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Experience managing creators from nano to celebrity level.
A sharp eye for trends and platform-specific nuances.
