About The Role

We are looking for a smart and driven leader to have a direct impact on the future of our business by helping to influence global adoption of our award-winning Picus Security Validation Platform.
As Picus, we need a new teammate to meet and support the needs of our ever-growing and developing IT/IS infrastructures, cloud applications, and end-users. Our expectation from this person, who will follow our information security policies, system management and operations, and IT/IS support processes, is to manage the effective operation and administration of Picus end users.
As an IT Engineer, you will also handle user management, troubleshooting, and support for network connections, Apple devices and their operating systems, remote working activities, and cloud applications used in Picus’s business environment.
We are looking for a candidate who collaborates effectively with other Labs, DevOps, SOC, and SecOps teams in information security and cloud applications management, and he/she manage the help desk issues, installation, monitoring, and maintenance in Picus and report ongoing IS operations to management.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to the development and management of information security policies, cloud infrastructure, IT support processes, and system operations
- Supporting the effective operation and administration of Picus end users
- Handling user management, troubleshooting activities
- Supporting network connections, Apple devices, and their operating systems
- Supporting remote working activities
- Being responsible for the Cloud applications used in Picus’s business environment
- Collaborating effectively with other Labs teams, SecOps, and SOC teams in information security and cloud applications management
- Managing the help desk issues, installation, monitoring, and maintenance
- Reporting ongoing IS operations to management
What You Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar IS/IT domains
- Strong networking and operating systems background; knowledge of networking protocols, systems, and cloud technologies
- Experience with Apple devices, macOS, and GNU/Linux systems, and related IT support functions
- Hands-on experience in administering and using network security, MDM, I&AM, ZeroTrust, SIEM, and EDR/EPP technologies for end-users
- Experience in Cloud Applications (management, end-user support, monitoring, maintenance, and supporting the system activities)
- At least two years of enterprise customer service or tech support experience
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills;
- Humble, friendly, adaptive, and result-oriented personality
