Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is looking for an IT Project Manager to join its innovative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee IT Project Delivery:
Plan, execute, and close IT projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery in line with technical and business requirements
- Manage Project Execution:
Lead project activities, manage team assignments, monitor deliverables, and maintain alignment with the project roadmap
- Engage Stakeholders:
Build strong relationships with clients, senior management, and internal teams to ensure transparency, trust, and collaboration
- Identify and Mitigate Risks:
Proactively assess risks and create mitigation plans to minimize business disruption
- Resolve Issues:
Tackle project roadblocks, troubleshoot delays, and ensure momentum is maintained throughout the delivery lifecycle
10–15 years of overall experience in IT project and program management
Strong technical background (education or experience in IT)
Proven experience delivering enterprise-level IT systems
Mandatory: Prior experience working on Customs projects or with Customs IT applications
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in cross-functional, multi-cultural, and distributed teams
Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
Budget management and reporting experience
