Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Requirements Elicitation and Analysis Specialist to support project development activities, client engagement, and post-implementation support. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to requirement surveys, solution development, project facilitation, document preparation, and client engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in computer science, software engineering, or related fields
  • Chinese speaker is preferred even if no previous experience
  • Proficiency in English, with exceptional listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
  • Proficient in office automation tools, including Microsoft Office and Miro
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage concurrent tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical, communication, and learning abilities, enabling quick comprehension and exploration of client requirements

Responsibilities

  • Support in conducting requirement surveys based on project and client specifications
  • Assist in client discussions to understand core business needs
  • Contribute to analyzing and documenting current operational pain points
  • Collaborate with project development teams to create preliminary solutions
  • Utilize tools such as Mock-ups, Design diagrams, etc., to illustrate proposed solutions
  • Support in Producing and finalizing comprehensive Functional Specification (FS) documents
  • Participate in project development activities, including liaising with design teams for product interface design
  • Assist in articulating project logic to development engineers and system architects
  • Support test engineers in executing system tests per requirement documents
  • Co-author Use Cases, User Guides, and other project-related documentation in collaboration with project team members
  • Assist clients in conducting user acceptance tests
  • Contribute to facilitating smooth transition processes for new and existing systems post-implementation
  • Assist in conducting user training sessions as necessary
