We provide unified communications, contact centers, and programmable communications APIs, all built on our cloud platform. We were founded in 2001 and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ericsson in 2022. Our headquarters are in Holmdel, New Jersey.

Our work focuses on cloud communications, high-performance distributed systems, real-time data processing, and public cloud infrastructure. We use technologies like Java/Kotlin, Micronaut, AWS, Redis, DynamoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, WebRTC, media servers, and client SDKs. Our solutions include UCaaS, CPaaS, and CCaaS.
