About the role
We’re looking for our next Junior Inside Sales Representative to join the Inside Sales Team in Barcelona. You will contribute to our inside sales strategy by supporting the team with sales campaigns via emails, phone and video calls, setting up meetings, preparing presentations and proposals, identifying and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and reaching out to potential customers via email and video calls to showcase our products and services. You will also play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and renewing customer licenses year after year.

- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through a mix of outbound and inbound channels, including emails, calls, and other outreach methods
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Support our Inside Sales Associates in preparing and delivering appropriate presentations about our products and services, participate in our budgeting campaigns, answering emails and setting up meetings
- Organize our database, CRM, setting up trials and networks of schools
- Communicate with schools & groups of schools using Edpuzzle in your assigned region.
- Help ensure client satisfaction and attaining renewal objectives
- Develop an understanding of client needs & goals
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our products and services
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Collaborate with team members and channel partners to build pipelines
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
- Follow up with customers, ensuring Edpuzzle service is going well, and the use level is appropriate. Offer solutions to problems if necessary.

About you
- Ideally 1–2 years of experience in an Inside Sales position or similar customer-facing role, preferably within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English is required.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively via email, over the phone, and in face-to-face conversations.
- Highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to achieve—and exceed—measurable sales and performance targets.
- A quick and enthusiastic learner, always eager to absorb new information, tools, and techniques to continuously improve performance.
- Proactive, bold, and confident, with a willingness to step outside of your comfort zone and take initiative in unfamiliar situations.
- You thrive under pressure and can maintain focus, efficiency, and positivity even when managing tight deadlines or high-stakes tasks.

- Strong analytical skills, with experience in interpreting data and generating reports.
- Experience using CRM tools to track, monitor, and optimize key performance metrics.
