We build an edtech platform that helps schools use video to teach K-12 students. Our tools let teachers make videos more engaging. This involves front-end, mobile, and back-end development, plus data pipelines and systems for analytics and reporting. We also work with schools, tech coaches, and curriculum coordinators, providing training and materials for professional development.

We have a remote-first work environment. For roles based in Spain, employees can use our Barcelona office. We offer flexible working hours, including reduced hours on Fridays, to support work-life balance. We offer competitive salaries, with ranges that vary by location, experience, and role. For US-based roles, salaries typically range from $55,000 to $70,000, with potential incentive pay (On-Target Earnings or OTE) up to an additional $10,000. Sales roles can earn up to $150,000 with uncapped commission. For Spain-based roles, salaries range from €30,000 to €49,000.
