About the Role
We’re seeking a talented, experienced, and highly creative Senior Marketing Designer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating our brand across all channels while bringing expertise in SaaS marketing design, digital advertising, and video content creation.
- Design and execute a variety of marketing materials, including presentations, whitepapers, case studies, social media graphics, event collateral, and digital campaigns. Create compelling digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, from social media ads to display banners, while maintaining brand consistency and maximizing performance metrics.
- Develop web-based assets such as landing pages, website graphics, and banners, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand experience. Collaborate with content marketing and demand generation teams to create high-converting assets, including ads, lead magnets, and interactive content.
- Lead video content creation from concept to completion, including product demos, explainer videos, customer testimonials, and marketing campaigns. This includes scripting, storyboarding, editing, and post-production work that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Develop high-impact presentation materials and pitch decks using PowerPoint and other tools, translating complex product features and business strategies into clear, persuasive visual narratives for stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across various stakeholders within the marketing department, consistently meeting deadlines and business objectives. Mentor junior designers and contribute to evolving our design system and brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in design roles within high-tech, B2B, or SaaS companies. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital marketing, branding, sales enablement, and video content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma. Advanced PowerPoint skills with a track record of designing impactful presentations. Experience with GSuite a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in video production, including proficiency with editing software and motion graphics. Experience designing banners, landing pages, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Solid understanding of responsive web design and ability to create web-ready assets. Deep understanding of conversion optimization and performance marketing metrics.
- High-level English proficiency (reading and writing). Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining design excellence.

You can expect up to 3 interviews. In some scenarios, we’re able to streamline the process to have minimal rounds. Director-level roles and above should expect a more thorough process, with multiple rounds of interviews.
