Join our team and help us build innovative services used by millions of investors to build wealth. As a Support Engineer, you'll provide IT support for Windows and Mac laptops and desktops, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and support the wider Inhouse team in project delivery.

Requirements

  • A-Level in technology-related subjects
  • Knowledge of the Windows operating systems in a business environment
  • Knowledge of Linux operating systems in a business environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft M365 or Google Workspace
  • Scripting in Powershell or Bash
  • Databases: MySQL
  • Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure such as Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services or Azure

Responsibilities

  • Providing IT support for Windows and Mac laptops and desktops which will include troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Providing support for the office infrastructure, including network management, printing/scanning maintenance, telephony and internet connectivity troubleshooting
  • Supporting the wider Inhouse team in the effective delivery of projects
  • Supporting and developing the inhouse reconciliation system
