Join our team and help us build innovative services used by millions of investors to build wealth. As a Support Engineer, you'll provide IT support for Windows and Mac laptops and desktops, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and support the wider Inhouse team in project delivery.
Requirements
- A-Level in technology-related subjects
- Knowledge of the Windows operating systems in a business environment
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems in a business environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft M365 or Google Workspace
- Scripting in Powershell or Bash
- Databases: MySQL
- Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure such as Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services or Azure
Responsibilities
- Providing IT support for Windows and Mac laptops and desktops which will include troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
- Providing support for the office infrastructure, including network management, printing/scanning maintenance, telephony and internet connectivity troubleshooting
- Supporting the wider Inhouse team in the effective delivery of projects
- Supporting and developing the inhouse reconciliation system
