We provide managed services for facilities, security, and technology. We help businesses plan and deliver complex transformation programs for their technology, security, and physical spaces, from the initial inquiry and installation through ongoing support.

For banking customers, we deploy ATMs, ITMs, and teller devices, enhance security, and redesign branches. For retail customers, we transform store environments, integrate payment technologies, update security infrastructure, and redesign, brand, and fit out stores. Our services include ATM parts, repairs, security, commercial signage, self-service kiosks, smart safes, and cash management.

We complete over 70,000 work orders and manage over 500,000 devices globally each month. Our teams cover over 12 million miles annually for clients and have deployed over 300,000 security solutions worldwide.

Cennox was formed in 2006 as a group of companies and rebranded in 2012. We expanded into the United States in 2013 by acquiring Sterling Bank Services. In 2017, we acquired Diebold’s UK business and 3SI’s European security business, followed by several smart safe companies in the US and Europe in April 2022, adding safe and kiosk solutions to our offerings.

Our Group Headquarters are in Alpharetta, Georgia, USA, with additional offices in the UK (Camberley, Tonbridge), Belgium (Vilvoorde), the Netherlands (Breukelen), Ireland (Dublin), and Sweden (Skellefteå).
