We’ve already launched our pharmacy service that allows people to shop for their pets’ medications and supplements online and get them delivered to their doorstep in presorted medication pouches. Now we’re focused on continuing to improve that experience while building a suite of new products and services that will make the pet health experience even better.

We’re looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Lead Generation Specialist who thrives on outbound prospecting and building relationships from the ground up. This role is all about the hunt. You’ll be the first point of contact for veterinary clinics, introducing them to Koala Health and setting the stage for productive sales conversations. Success in this role means confidently dialing, emailing, and finding creative ways to connect with decision-makers while uncovering real clinic needs and booking qualified meetings for our Partner Relationship Managers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct thoughtful, high-quality discovery calls with veterinary clinics to understand their challenges and spark interest in KoalaBook qualified meetings for our Partner Relationship Managers based on real clinic insights
  • Use Salesforce to track outreach, manage follow-ups, and maintain clean pipeline records
  • Clearly and confidently explain how Koala supports veterinary teams and improves the client experience
  • Consistently meet and exceed outreach goals across calls, emails, and social channels
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging and share real-time feedback
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our outbound process and prospecting strategies
  • Stay informed on the veterinary industry, competitor offerings, and clinic pain points

What You’ll Need:

  • 1+ years of B2B inside sales or lead generation experience, preferably in the veterinary or animal health industry
  • A true hunter mentality with a passion for outbound outreach and opening doors
  • Resilient, self-starting, and comfortable with rejection in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbalFamiliarity with CRMs like Salesforce
  • Coachable, collaborative, and eager to grow within a mission-driven team
