We are seeking a dynamic Lead Generation Specialist to drive business growth through strategic outreach on Facebook and Instagram platforms. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and converting potential customers through targeted social media campaigns and direct outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Create and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to generate qualified leads
Conduct direct outreach through DMs, comments, and story interactions to engage prospects
Research and identify potential customers using social media tools and competitor analysis
Track campaign performance and optimize for better ROI and lead quality
Maintain prospect lists and follow up with leads through the sales funnel
Create engaging content that attracts and converts target audiences
2+ years experience in social media marketing and lead generation
Proven success with Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Business tools
Strong written communication and messaging skills
Experience with CRM systems and lead management
Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make improvements
Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
Basic graphic design skills
B2B or B2C sales background
