F&G is adding a Lead IAM Analyst to our team!

Job Summary

The Lead IAM Analyst will direct others in the fulfillment of requests to provision, modify, deprovision, audit and attest user access.  This role will drive continual IAM and PAM process improvement opportunities.  This role will also lead the operational administration for a suite of IAM and PAM products to secure identity and access to resources, sensitive data, applications and services.  In addition, this role will mentor and coach others on an informal basis.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Direct others in the fulfillment of requests to provision, modify, deprovision, audit and attest user access.
  • Follow policies and procedures to ensure user access is granted appropriately based on user type or job function.
  • Gather requirements, define access roles, and ensure appropriate levels of access based on least privilege principals.
  • Oversee procedures related to Identity (IAM) and Privilege (PAM) Access Management functions.
  • Drive continual IAM and PAM process improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure new systems and applications are integrated into IAM and PAM tools and procedures.
  • Ensure new systems and applications are integrated into Single Sign On (SSO) and Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) tools and procedures.
  • Lead the operational administration for a suite of IAM and PAM products to secure identity and access to resources, sensitive data, applications and services.
  • Participate in the evaluation, development, and recommendation of specific technology products and platforms to provide cost-effective solutions that meet business and technology requirements.
  • Mentor and coach others on an informal basis.
  • Lead teams and provide subject matter expertise on complex projects.
  • Translate undefined business problems and defined business objectives and goals into functional solutions.
  • Independently direct teams as well as contribute individually to project and solution outcomes.

Experience and Education Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in Information Security or equivalent combination of education and experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 8-9 years of experience in IT.
  • 2+ years of experience within Identity and Access Management.
  • Experience with Identity Governance.
  • Significant experience with access control lists (ACLs), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) servers, Secure Sockets Layer/Transport Layer Security (SSL/TLS) certificates, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), single sign on (SSO), Physical Access Control Systems (PACS), Active Directory and MS Azure.
  • Experience with security data analysis, including UEBA, using analytic tools such as Excel, SQL, SOAR, SIEM tools, and other query languages.
  • CISSP, ITIL and/or GIAC certification preferred.
  • Experience working within an IT organization in the financial services industry preferred.
  • Leadership experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Subject Matter Expertise with IAM and PAM tools like those from RSA, SailPoint, IBM, Centrify, NetIQ, Beyond Trust, CyberArk, Okta, Ping Identity, DUO, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of SOX, SSAE18 (SOC) and ISO 2700x.
  • Dedicated work ethic.
  • Excellent work prioritization and planning skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor the analysts team.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal.

Other Requirements

  • Perform other functions, duties and projects, as assigned.
  • Regular and punctual attendance,
  • Minimal travel required (less than 10%).
