Position Title: Lead Management Specialist (Remote)

MarketOne (www.marketone.com) an International Sales & Marketing agency in Barbados, is looking for a Lead Management Specialist.
We are seeking a detail-driven, systems-savvy Lead Management Specialist to support our sales and marketing operations. This role owns the strategic intake, evaluation, and intelligent routing of inbound leads via Microsoft Dynamics. Success in this role requires a data-literate mindset, operational rigor, and the ability to interpret lead scoring insights to ensure the right prospects reach the right sales teams at the right time. The ideal candidate is fast, focused, and highly adaptable in a changing tech environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and triage all inbound lead flow within Microsoft Dynamics
- Assign leads to sales representatives based on complex qualification logic and campaign context
- Perform critical lead quality audits to ensure completeness, data integrity, and sales-readiness
- Use platforms such as 6sense, ZoomInfo, and CRM dashboards to analyze lead behavior, scoring trends, and funnel gaps to inform assignment
- Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously optimize the rules of engagement, routing logic, and lead scoring criteria
- Monitor lead lifecycle health and identify breakdowns or areas for process improvement
- Stay responsive to changes in GTM strategy, tools, or sales structures
- Maintain compliance with internal SLAs and data governance policies
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS /EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of five CXC passes with a Grade 1 or 2 in English Language or equivalent.
- A high proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
- 1β2 years in sales operations, marketing operations, or lead intelligence role with demonstrated experience interpreting lead data for decision-making
- Fluency in Microsoft Dynamics or a comparable CRM platform
- Proficiency using lead intelligence platforms (e.g., 6sense, ZoomInfo) and extracting insights from dashboards or reports
- Strong pattern recognition and analytical thinking β not just routing leads but evaluating their value and readiness
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Able to work independently in a fast-moving, remote-first environment
- Growth-oriented and unfazed by changing workflows, tools, or systems
