Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and lead Product Manager to join our team. You will drive the development and success of our analytic products by collaborating with teams and ensuring an understanding of our goals. We seek end-to-end product management, from initializing concepts to testing, implementation and scaling. The products you will manage are B2B focused and are primarily data and analytics solutions. You will help shape the product roadmap, define features, and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate a clear product vision that aligns with our goals and customer needs
  • Define and prioritize product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, taking on responsibilities typical of a Product Owner to ensure development aligns with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to launch products.
  • Create a product roadmap that balances strategic programs with market trends, customer feedback, and priorities.
  • Monitor product performance through main metrics and analytics to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Provide data science expertise to product management, analytical consulting, data operations, and product development teams to help increase revenue in the North American market.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from brainstorming to launch and beyond, ensuring delivery and quality. Additionally, take full ownership of the product’s P&L, ensuring financial goals are met.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 7+ years experience as a Product Manager
  • Experience with product management principles, agile methodologies, and the unique challenges of B2B product management, including partner management, enterprise customer needs, P&L management to lead financial success, and the skills of a Product Owner/Manager to manage backlogs.
  • General analytics knowledge, including understanding the financial industry and consumer/commercial credit data. Topics include education/ technical training on scoring model development and usage and business intelligence knowledge around all cycles of credit: prospecting, acquisition, portfolio management and collections.
  • General knowledge of: machine learning methodologies, analytics, model validation, platform deployment, performance monitoring/ tracking/ reporting.
  • Experience drawing relevant insights from ambiguous data, with the ability to interpret data understand complex requirements for B2B markets.
  • Engage with clients to gather feedback on key challenges and use these insights to shape the product roadmap
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Wrike or other product management software, and CRM tools and analytics platforms relevant to B2B products.
  • Present, or support presentation of, key concepts of Experience drawing relevant insights from ambiguous data products to industry groups, Advisories, Summits, Roundtables, etc. as needed.
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, with the team members and external enterprise clients.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field.
