As a consultant within the LTR team, you will work with our clients to define their digital strategy and execution roadmap, and design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value.

Job Description:

  • We are looking for a Salesforce CPQ Developer Lead with a strong foundation in CPQ implementation and a proven track record of leading technical teams. This role is ideal for someone who can balance hands-on development with technical leadership, team mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • As the CPQ Lead, you will drive technical strategy, own solution architecture, and ensure delivery quality across Salesforce CPQ projects. You will be responsible for guiding a team of developers, interfacing with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and CPQ specialists, providing both technical direction and career guidance. Own the design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions tailored to business requirements. Act as a technical liaison between business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are aligned and scalable. Conduct regular code reviews, technical validations, and performance optimizations. Define and enforce development standards, best practices, and release strategies.
  • Manage and prioritize workload for the development team, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Guide the team through complex problem-solving, integrating with third-party systems and managing Salesforce governor limits.
  • Champion continuous improvement through team retrospectives, innovation, and adoption of new tools or practices. Leadership Qualities:
  • Strong ownership mentality and accountability in delivering end-to-end solutions.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
  • Skilled in communicating complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable making architectural decisions and defending them with data and rationale.
  • Proactive in identifying risks and roadblocks, and skilled in resolving them collaboratively. Brings a strategic mindset to technology decisions, balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform sustainability.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
  • 4+ years of Salesforce CPQ experience (product configuration, pricing rules, quote templates).
  • Experience leading development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, limits, and best practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD, version control, and deployment tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Git).
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification. Salesforce Platform Developer I & II or Technical Architect certifications.
  • Experience in multi-cloud Salesforce implementations (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
