We were founded in 1995 to provide strategic IT solutions and managed IT services. Our headquarters are in Rockville, Maryland, with primary offices in Washington, DC, New York City, Port St. Lucie, FL, Houston, TX, Denver, CO, Phoenix, AZ, Los Angeles, CA, Dallas, Boulder, Wilmington, VA Beach, Boston, and Chattanooga.

We offer a wide range of services, including IT strategy, management, help desk support, cloud services, and cyber services. Our specific offerings cover network support, IT consulting, emergency services, technical projects, IT staff augmentation, data center operations, cloud computing, virtual server hosting, CTO/CIO services, virtualization, disaster recovery & business continuity, information security, managed services, IT management, and IT outsourcing. We use AI to automate routine tasks, provide proactive support, and personalize experiences.

We serve small and mid-sized organizations and IT leaders across the United States, having assisted over 5,000 organizations. Our team includes over 500 certified engineers, subject matter experts, and IT support personnel.
