As a Legal Counsel at Influ2, you will become a key player in shaping the legal strategies of a fast-growing, global business. You’ll lead impactful contract negotiations, ensure compliance across borders, and provide strategic legal guidance that drives business success. If you’re a detail-driven legal expert passionate about making a meaningful impact, this role offers the perfect opportunity to excel in a dynamic, international environment.
What you’ll do:
- Review and negotiate on client and vendor contracts.
- Manage and oversee contract administration.
- Conduct legal research and knowledge base enrichment.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial contracts worldwide.
- Strong background in legal research, including analysis of regulations, frameworks, and enforcement practice
- Educational background: Master of Law or International Law.
Would be a plus:
- Experience as an IT in-house lawyer.
- Familiarity with online marketing and ads.
- Working knowledge of the US legal environment.
Skills:
- Upper-Intermediate English is essential.
- Attention to Detail: You ensure every contract and compliance detail aligns with our fast-paced, client-focused operations.
- Negotiation Savvy: You skillfully navigate contracts and agreements, securing outcomes that benefit all parties.
- Business Orientation: You align legal decisions with Influ2’s business goals, helping us grow the right way.

- Initiative: You cut through legal noise to proactively identify practical fixes that move the needle.
- Self-Management: You know how to optimize task prioritization and meet project deadlines efficiently while maintaining an excellent quality of your work in a remote setting.
