To strengthen our team in Switzerland, we are looking for a French-speaking Luxury Travel Consultant.

🛫 Overview of responsibilities:
- Advising our clients – premium cardholders – by phone and email in both French and English
- Handling customer inquiries from quote preparation to billing for individual trips
- Making reservations with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies
- Creating tailored offers, travel documents, and detailed travel itineraries
- Passionately advising and facilitating unique travel experiences
- Actively selling special promotions and exclusive offers
Ihr Profil:
💼 Your Profile:
- You have excellent language skills in professional French and English, in written and spoken ( C2 according to The Common European Framework)
- Ability to speak an additional language such as German or Italian is an advantage
- Have completed tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in the field of tourism
- Have several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator or in a travel agency
- GDS knowledge ( preferably Amadeus) is a plus
- Have excellent destination knowledge across key global regions
- Have a strong passion for everything related to travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events and culture
- Are service-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure
- Have a positive attitude and identify with Ten Group values
- Have strong communication skills
- Value exceptional service and live by this motto
- Are available on a full-time basis ( 40hrs per week)
- Flexibility: Ability to work in shifts and on weekends. (This position involves a 41.25-hour work week with day and evening shifts. Shifts are scheduled Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM CET, with at least one late shift per week) and at least one Saturday shift per month (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CET).
Unfortunately, career changers cannot be considered for this position.
