Remote position within Argentina & Uruguay
RYZ Labs is seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our client’s team. Our client is a pioneering company revolutionizing how micro-business owners transform their crafting passions into thriving businesses.
In this role, you will take the lead in developing, implementing, and maintaining algorithms and models, with a primary focus on Computer Vision applications including artwork generation and mockup creation. You will traverse through large datasets, various programming languages, and AI frameworks. Your responsibilities will span across different stages of the project pipeline, including data preprocessing, model selection, and deployment. A solid understanding of statistical modeling, algorithms, and programming principles is essential. You will also be involved in developing and maintaining software infrastructure to support CV and ML workflows, working closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to ensure effective and aligned project outcomes.
Basic Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science combined with 5+ years of experience working on web applications at scale.
- 2+ years of CV/AI experience, preferably in an e-commerce environment
- Experience fine-tuning or training image generation models.
- Experience in 3D modeling- Experience deploying models into production for customer use.
- Experience working with various models such as SDXL, DALL-E, CLIP, etc.
- Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions
- Strong technical skills, including experience with software development, data analysis,
- Proven track record of managing complex development projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to success.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain algorithms and models focusing on artwork generation and mockup creation.
- Work with expansive datasets, programming languages, and AI frameworks.
- Execute various stages of the project pipeline including data preprocessing, model selection, and deployment.
- Cultivate and sustain software infrastructure supporting project workflows.
- Liaise closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to ensure potent and aligned project outcomes.
- Continuously explore and assimilate new techniques and technologies in the field.
- Document code, models, and workflows to bolster reproducibility and maintainability.
- Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to weave solutions into production systems.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to drive business insights and recommendations.
