We provide human-sourced data and consumer insights to inform business decisions and AI systems. Our global human insights platform helps users explore interests, attitudes, and buying habits across more than 50 markets.
We also developed Agent Spark, an insights analyst tool that incorporates our verified human insights into AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot.
Each year, we collect over 2 million interviews and generate four waves of data. We’ve built up over 15 years of trended insight, covering the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors of over three billion people in more than 50 markets. We launched GWI USA, a dedicated US data set, in 2020 and GWI Work, a B2B data set, in 2019.
Our data infrastructure uses a Go-centric stack on Google Cloud, along with technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Python, the Grafana ecosystem, PostgreSQL, and vector databases.
