Your Career

The Cortex Managed Business Lead will be responsible for driving the growth and adoption of our Cortex platform within the MSSP ecosystem. This role will focus on cultivating strategic relationships with key MSSP partners, identifying new revenue opportunities, and ensuring successful technical integration, enablement, and go-to-market execution. By combining a strong understanding of cybersecurity with exceptional business and partner management skills, you will help accelerate the adoption of our Cortex platform and foster long-term, high-impact partner success.

Your Impact

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with assigned MSSP partners, ensuring alignment on joint business plan and revenue targets

  • Equip MSSP partners with comprehensive training, tools, and resources to effectively sell, deploy, and support our Cortex platform

  • Co-develop joint marketing campaigns with MSSP partners to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and pipeline growth

  • Lead quarterly pipeline and bookings reviews, setting clear targets for new customer acquisition, competitive displacements, and expansion opportunities

  • Provide ongoing support to partners and customers to ensure successful Cortex deployments and usage

  • Leverage your deep knowledge of Palo Alto Products to craft, construct, and      execute successful partner services that fuel growth within our partner network. This includes spearheading the design of innovative partner services and refining solutions through project initiation.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Deep understanding of SOC operations and MSSP business models

  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue, managing pipeline, and fostering strategic MSSP relationships

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging executives and technical teams

  • Experience with Security technologies such as SOAR, SIEM, EDR solutions, etc.

  • Proven experience working with MSSP’s with Service definition, Architecture build, and Service delivery

  • Ability to analyze complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain quick resolution
