SUMMARY
We’re looking for a Manager to join our GTM Strategic Initiatives Team, contributing to the areas of Product, Alliances, and Integrations. In this position, you will report directly to the Director of GTM Strategy & Planning and work closely with a dedicated team that understands the diverse needs of our global customer base while launching products and initiatives to help Wiz grow and scale. You will need to be able to manage a team of analysts as well as lead the management of programs related to products, such as new product launches and pricing strategies, alliance partnerships, such as new partnership launches and process creation, and integrations, such as the operationalization of corporate mergers or acquisitions.
Collaboration with key GTM teams, including Sales, Channel, Revenue Operations, Finance, GTM Enablement, and Product Marketing, is essential to drive organizational success and enhance our go-to-market strategies and will be key in this role.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the GTM Business Partner for Product: Develop comprehensive project plans to support the introduction of new products and pricing structures, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration. This includes aligning with company goals, coordinating timelines, and managing resources to achieve successful launches and maximize market impact.
- Support Corporate Alliance Programs: Lead the operationalization of strategic alliance programs, building end-to-end processes and workflows across all relevant stakeholders.
- Drive Integration Programs: Collaborate on corporate strategy for and drive integration program planning and execution for priorities such as mergers and acquisitions.
- Team Development: Recruit and develop analysts within the GTM Strategic Initiatives Team.
- Sales Enablement: Support the development and distribution of pricing guidelines, sales tools, and training materials to enable sales teams to effectively promote and sell products and launch partnerships.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Analyze program performance, penetration, and effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, GTM Enablement, and Product Marketing teams to drive cohesive go-to-market strategies and support organizational success.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 8+ years of relevant experience in operations, project management, or business analysis, with a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects and delivering results in dynamic environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field; an MBA in a relevant discipline is a plus but not required.
- Prior work experience in SaaS companies and/or management consulting; familiarity with the cybersecurity industry is a bonus.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of partnering with Product Marketing, Product, Operations, GTM, and G&A teams.
- Experience launching products across market segments and geographies while considering customer and field team impact.
- Attention to detail and ability to extract insights from large sets of data.
- Strong business acumen and intuition, essential for proactively partnering with stakeholders across the company to support strategic initiatives.
- Ability to adapt and maintain high-quality standards in a complex and evolving environment, demonstrating resilience and flexibility under pressure.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting, managing tight deadlines, and prioritizing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior people management experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce required, proficiency in Tableau/SQL is a plus.
- Experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or Product Analytics is a plus.

Compensation
Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation.
The annual base salary range for this full-time position is listed below.
US Base Pay Range
$134,100—$184,500 USD
