  • Experience delivering services to Enterprise-level Public Sector clients in collaboration with Technical Services and Sales, with a deep understanding of value drivers in both recurring revenue and professional services business models.

  • Proven experience navigating the RFP process and crafting tailored RFP responses for Public Sector agencies

  • Customer-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a history of managing customer expectations, and negotiating appropriate resolutions to issues

  • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire and motivate others, influence through persuasion and negotiation, and drive consensus-building

  • Strong empathy for customers combined with a passion for revenue growth, an analytical and process-oriented mindset, and a demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
