Our client is a boutique consultancy specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and ClickDimensions. They centre their approach on pragmatic CRM success, prioritising results and education over licence sales or inflated billables

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and high-performing Virtual Marketing Assistant with Executive Support Duties.

This role is perfect for someone who loves marketing, enjoys creating content, and thrives in a fast-paced digital environment. You’ll play a key role in driving visibility, engagement, and lead generation across multiple platforms, while also offering light executive support. While Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is a bonus, the client is happy to train the right person with a strong marketing mindset and a hunger to learn.

1. Content Creation & Copywriting

- Draft SEO-friendly content for newsletters, LinkedIn, blogs, and website.

- Align content with CRM strategy and lead generation goals

- Use ChatGPT or similar AI tools to assist with writing and image creation

2. Event & Speaking Engagement Support

- Research and coordinate in-person speaking opportunities, podcasts, webinars, and conferences

- Organise and manage webinars and live/online events (using Humanitix/Eventbrite)

- Manage post-event communication and performance reporting

3. Email Marketing & Newsletter Management

- Research, write, and schedule two newsletters per month

- Use tools like Mailchimp or Email Octopus

- Support campaign rollout and track performance

4. Lead Generation, CRM & LinkedIn Engagement

- Track/log inbound leads in Microsoft Dynamics 365

- Maintain CRM data hygiene and segmentation for marketing campaigns

- Monitor and respond to comments/messages on LinkedIn

- Support audience growth and thought leadership positioning

- Identify and flag high-potential leads for follow-up

5. Marketing & Social Media Coordination

- Manage content calendar and marketing collateral

- Schedule posts and coordinate delivery across platforms

- Liaise with freelancers/contractors as needed

- Manage and grow YouTube channel

6. Executive & Administrative Support

- Book domestic travel (flights/accommodation)

- Handle occasional business/personal admin

- Perform basic data entry and updates into Xero

Must haves:

  • Able to work independently and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong copywriting and written English communication skills

Bonus Skills & Attributes:

  • Experience using ChatGPT or similar AI content tools
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other CRM systems
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
  • Basic to intermediate video editing skills
