We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in email marketing and copywriting to join our client’s team and take their operations to the next level.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:
Plan, create, schedule, and manage email campaigns using CRM and email marketing tools.
Write engaging and conversion-focused email copy, with a strong emphasis on subject lines and CTAs.
Develop and implement targeted email marketing strategies tailored to different audiences.
Monitor and analyze key email performance metrics (open rates, click-throughs, conversions, etc.).
Design clean, visually appealing, and brand-aligned email templates.
A/B test subject lines, copy, and layouts to optimize performance.
Support other copy and content-related tasks as needed.
Proven experience with email marketing tools (Go High Level experience is a big plus, but not required).
Strong copywriting skills specifically for email content.
Basic to intermediate design/layout skills (email structure, brand consistency).
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to assess and improve email performance.
Work from home;
Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week);
Starting salary between 4$ - 12$ per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance;
