Splash Sports is the leading sports gaming platform for peer-to-peer contests. We’re a venture-backed startup (investors include Elysian Park Ventures, Acies Investments, and NFL, NHL, MLB, Premier League owners) focusing on the long tail of sports contests.
Our mission is simple but ambitious: bring people closer together through the gamification of live sports. We do it by empowering commissioners, creators, and brands to spin up contests in minutes, automate prize pools, and earn a cut of the action—no sportsbook required.

The Role
We’re seeking a creative and social media-savvy intern to join our marketing team for the summer and help expand our influencer partnerships in the sports gaming space. This role offers hands-on experience in influencer marketing, relationship building, and campaign management within the dynamic sports gaming industry.
This is a remote role for candidates located within the U.S.
What You’ll Do
Influencer Research & Outreach
- Identify and research potential sports gaming influencers, brands, and content creators across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter)
- Craft personalized outreach emails and direct messages to potential partners.
- Track outreach efforts and response rates
- Monitor social media trends in sports and identify opportunities for engagement.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of influencer contacts and engagement metrics.
Campaign Support
- Assist in developing influencer campaign briefs and content guidelines
- Coordinate campaign timelines and deliverables with influencer partners
- Help develop creative concepts for influencer collaborations
- Organize campaign assets and content libraries
- Support general marketing team initiatives as needed
Who You Are
- Currently enrolled in college (rising junior/senior preferred) studying Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing landscape
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate about sports—talking about sports and gambling is second nature
