Our network of over 310,000 independent drivers covers 97% of U.S. households across more than 30,000 zip codes, reaching both urban and rural areas. We offer a range of delivery services, including local same-day delivery with options like 2-hour, 4-hour, and end-of-day windows. We specialize in big and bulky item delivery, handling items up to 144 inches and 300 pounds for same-day delivery up to 100 miles. Other services we provide include ship-from-store, DC-to-door, warehouse delivery, in-house sortation, hot shot delivery for urgent orders (as fast as 2 hours), local next-day delivery within 100 miles, and reverse logistics for returns pick-up. We also provide cross-dock solutions for high-volume businesses to streamline their operations. We integrate with UPS accounts, combining the strengths of both networks for better delivery experiences, simplified billing, and expanded benefits. We serve various industries, including retail (apparel, electronics), automotive (parts and tires), healthcare (prescription delivery with pharmacy gig-certified drivers), industrial supply (hardware, tools, machinery, building materials), e-commerce, and mishandled baggage delivery. We are SOC 2 Type 2 Certified and HIPAA / HITECH Type 2 Compliant, prioritizing the privacy and security of our user information. All data on our platform is encrypted in transit and at rest, following industry standards for encryption and security. We currently serve 8,000 customers, handling 125 million orders per year and managing $35 billion in gross merchandise value.
