Requirements
- Studies/experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including meticulous attention to detail
- A strong eye for design, with experience in Canva and graphic design as a plus
- The legal right to live and work full-time in Spain
- Creative mindset with an interest in content creation and storytelling
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools (experience with CRMs, LinkedIn, design and data tools is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Help develop marketing collateral, banners, websites, blog posts, case studies, social media posts, and email newsletters to engage our target audience, with a very high quality standard for design and written content in English
- Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising
- Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns and marketing efforts using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.), providing actionable insights to optimize future efforts
- Gain experience with CRM systems (Hubspot) and Data Tools to help manage lead data and streamline sales team workflows
- Assist with webinars/virtual events by coordinating logistics, promotions, and post-event follow-up
- Help with the planning and execution of organic and paid social media strategies across Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Work cross-functionally with sales, account management, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives
