Riverflex

We founded Riverflex in 2018 as a business consulting and services company. We help leaders drive intelligent transformation in the age of AI. Our human-led approach has three core pillars.

First, we “CREATE CHANGE” by co-developing visions and strategies with organizations. Second, we “BUILD TEAMS,” strengthening client teams with targeted training and augmenting their staff with interim and permanent hires from our network. Finally, we “AUGMENT INTELLIGENCE,” delivering AI-augmented workflows and custom tools to enhance decision-making and streamline operations. This work is supported by our global open-talent network of “Riverflex Pros” who are experts in technology, data, and change management.

Riverflex professionals lead projects like data-driven transformations, shaping enterprise-scale data platforms, accelerating production-grade AI on Azure + Databricks, deploying and scaling AI products, and architecting cloud-native data platforms. We also handle Identity and Access Management (IAM) transformations. This includes migrating applications to centralized platforms using Microsoft Entra ID and SailPoint Identity Governance, defining future-state IAM architectures, and providing strategic technical leadership for digital transformations that use modern cloud data architectures and AI-enabled insights for finance and risk functions.

We believe successful transformation requires a new combination of human and machine intelligence. We focus on delivering tangible results and building client capabilities, not fostering dependency.

Instead of just writing reports, we craft vehicles of change. Rather than creating dependency, we develop client pit crews. And instead of only discussing AI, we deliver intelligent cockpits.

We offer competitive compensation, including salaries, market rates, and annual bonuses. Employees receive 25 days off per year, plus closure between Christmas and New Year’s. Some roles offer 33 vacation days.

We provide flexible working arrangements, including flexible hours, a hybrid model, and remote work options, with up to 6 weeks per year of remote work from abroad. We support professional development through a Learning & Development budget, which includes full access to Udemy courses.
