Job Description

The TuoTempo Marketing Manager owns the overall go-to-market strategy and delivery/execution of plans to accelerate the growth of the Spanish and Italian markets within the enterprise B2B segment.

This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, and will focus on forecasting growth, managing the marketing budget to hit revenue targets, and owning planning and execution of the associated sales enablement and marketing campaigns to deliver on new and existing business, across Spanish and Italian markets we are currently focusing on.

This role will also focus on delivering marketing plans by working with our internal Strategic Services teams such as Marketing Operations, Brand, Content and Digital Operations to drive projects to completion.

This role is remote first either based in Spain or Italy. Occasional, however not high, travel (e.g. to events) is expected.

What you will do?

Marketing Management:

  • Develop, set up and lead execution of the marketing strategy for the Spanish and Italian markets, defining key initiatives across channels (email, events, social, search, video, etc.) in close alignment with global and local teams (e.g. MioDottore in Italy, Doctoralia in Spain for enterprise marketing strategy (events, lead gen, PR etc.)).

  • Shape content direction and ensure consistency with the global brand voice.

  • Champion a data-driven approach—prioritize experimentation, testing, and performance analysis to scale what works. Create MVPs, A/B tests, measure results, and scale.

  • Set performance KPIs and oversee optimization of marketing channels to drive MQLs, MROI, pipeline velocity, and revenue, incl. Reporting on their effectiveness

  • Optimize marketing channel performance through setting of KPI’s. Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns with the purpose of improving revenue generation, MQLs, MROI, velocity and efficiency.

  • Own local brand positioning and PR plans for TuoTempo, working closely with senior leadership (Miguel, TuoTempo Managing Director and Local Heads of Marketing).

  • Manage budget planning and allocation with a clear focus on business impact and financial goals, revenue gen, sales pipeline impact with view on financial year, quarterly and monthly performance.

  • Partner with sales and customer success to align marketing efforts with broader go-to-market objectives.

Marketing Planning:

  • Build growth plans based on revenue through strategic marketing programs.

  • GTM: develop and provide ownership and leadership for the local GTM plans for each product, segment and persona within the Enterprise segment.

  • Lead efforts in partnership with Product, Sales and Customer Success to ensure seamless and cohesive lifecycle marketing and communications relative to the customer’s journey and persona.

Reporting/Strategic Planning:

  • Influence sales and revenue forecasts during the annual planning cycle.

  • Work closely with the Global Managing Director and Local Marketing managers to create company objectives and KPIs, annually to ensure complete alignment on revenue targets and that sales, marketing and CS are working together in a fluid GTM motion.

  • Partner with the local Heads of Sales to co-develop and manage the prospect pipeline and influence activity within the joint funnel.

  • Partner with the local Heads of Customer Success to co-develop and manage the customer journey, post sale.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with 3+ years experience in b2b (large accounts) marketing or enterprise market (preferably in SaaS company).

  • Healthcare experience is an advantage.

  • Ability to lead and influence others across all levels of the company.

  • Strategic yet hands-on problem solving approach with the ability to quickly absorb complex information, think outside the box, and ruthlessly prioritize in fast-changing environments.

  • Data-first decision making.

  • Fluent English, Spanish and Italian
