NFQ Email Marketing team is a leading Email Marketing service provider in Lithuania with national rights to represent Omnisend (Marketing Automation platform) among over 2000 national and international accounts. Our daily tasks include strategy planning, content creation, sales, client support, and overall E-commerce business consulting.
With 15+ years of experience in this field, we have consulted and worked with over 500 businesses, including names such as MemberShop.lt, Barbora.lt, Ermitazas.lt, Pegasas.lt, Audimas.lt, Makalius.lt, and many others, including international brands.
Currently, we are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our delivery team. You will not only get acquainted with the Email Marketing / Marketing Automaton fields with an Omnichannel approach but also personally contribute to working with TOP Lithuanian E-commerce brands and mastering new skills in a very diverse and flexible position.
In this role, a person will
- Work with dedicated e-commerce brands and their projects (account management, project management & development, consulting, reporting, proofreading, etc)
- Develop omnichannel approach-based strategic plans based on various customer journey models (acquisition & retention directions)
- Plan, coordinate, optimize, and help execute audit / strategy projects, campaigns, automation flows and lead generation projects with other dedicated team members
- Evaluate, innovate, and refine project management procedures for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop specific strategic and creative brief tasks for content creators
- Assist with Omnisend expansion plans (consulting, marketing, upsell programs)
- Assist with or plan and coordinate NFQ.email marketing and web campaigns
- Work with other delivery team tasks related to educational and industry goals
What you will bring
- Solid experience with Digital Marketing Project management (at least 2 years working with several brands)
- Proficiency in planning, organizing, and leading marketing campaigns, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Background in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Design or Content Management
- Strategic and analytic data-driven mindset to initiate improvements and optimize ongoing projects
- Extreme attention to detail and problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English
- Willingness to learn, and improve personal, client, and team member skills
- Experience with Email Marketing with Omnisend, Klavyio or other Email Marketing platforms for e-commerce (nice to have)

Salary range: € 2 400 - 3 600 gross / month
