Job description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and accomplished Marketing Technology leader to shape the future vision of Marketing Automation and its supporting platforms for Consumer Marketing. As both a subject matter expert and strategist, you will shape the roadmap, own platform optimization, and drive customer engagement by enabling personalized, data-driven communication. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you’ll live at the intersection of technology, marketing, and innovation—helping us elevate our marketing communications and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • MarTech Strategic Vision: Create and lead the execution and evolution of our MarTech strategy, partnering closely with colleagues from Engineering, IT and Product Management. In this capacity, you will create and lead the execution of MarTech evolution roadmap, and define “ideal state” for marketing technology across Consumer Marketing. As the strategic lead, you will communicate MarTech priorities, impact, and return on investment (ROI) to senior leadership across the organization.
  • MarTech Ecosystem Ownership: Lead thorough audits of existing tools within the company’s marketing technology stack, and recommend solutions aligned with current and future business needs. Similarly, you will work to identify opportunities to optimize the team’s use of on-hand platforms.
  • Vendor Management & Solution Evaluation: Lead rigorous evaluations and proof-of-concepts for new vendors and solutions, focusing on tools that enhance personalization, automation, attribution, and actionable insights. Manage vendor relationships, including selection, integration, performance monitoring, contract negotiation, and cost optimization.
  • Innovation & Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams to translate business goals into scalable technology solutions. Champion AI-driven initiatives to optimize campaigns, enhance segmentation, generate content, and derive advanced analytics, driving marketing innovation and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Marketing Automation & CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, etc.). Demonstrated success creating and managing complex, multi-channel journeys and campaigns is particularly important.
  • 4+ years experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP; e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce), including management of data ingestion, connection integrity, etc.
  • 4+ years experience in marketing analytics, including implementation or management of multi-touch attribution (MTA) or media mix modeling (MMM).
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical topics to business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Marketing Automation and CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Customer.io, Iterable, etc.).
  • Experience in areas listed above in a regulated environment (e.g., healthcare, finance, etc.) highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience using Jira & Asana to manage backlogs and organize work.

Physical/Cognitive Requirements:

  • Prompt and regular attendance at assigned work location.
  • Capability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
  • Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.
