Work settings include hybrid options and some roles require in-office presence in specific locations like Amsterdam, New York, or São Paulo.

Our compensation packages often include commissions and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

We offer global relocation support for some roles. For positions requiring weekend or holiday coverage, we provide time off in lieu and additional pay.

Work arrangements can be hybrid, with some roles requiring in-office presence—for example, three days a week in Amsterdam or New York.

Certain senior roles offer a base salary range of $220,000–$240,000, along with bonuses and RSUs.
