We connect brand building with business performance across platforms, using Amazon as a primary driver for conversions. Our services include strategy, design, digital marketing, marketplace partnership, ecommerce management, and business intelligence.
Our Amazon Marketplace Growth services include 1P, 3P Management, and 3P Distribution in the US, UK, and EU. We also develop Retail Media strategies to improve visibility and profitability on marketplaces and retailer ad networks. Additionally, we specialize in Brand Strategy & Creative Content, D2C Marketing for consumer engagement, and B2B Marketing for lead generation. Our operations are supported by Catapult, our proprietary intelligence platform, which integrates data to link marketplace performance, demand shifts, consumer groups, and competitive activity. This data is then transformed into insights for commerce decisions.
Key facts about us: We have over 500 global full-time employees and serve over 500 clients. We have a 95% client retention rate for marketplace partnerships and manage ecommerce in more than 30 distribution territories and countries. Over 50% of our leadership directors are female. Charlesbank acquired us in 2024, and we acquired Build in Amsterdam, a Shopify agency, in 2025.
Our history began in 2012 with the launch of Fortress Brand, which is now our Marketplace Partnership division. Other entities, Finc3 (now our Ecomm Management and D2C divisions), School House (now Strategy & Design and Content Creation), and BizMut Marketing (now Digital Marketing B2B), were established between 2014 and 2017. Catapult was developed in 2018. Through a series of mergers and acquisitions in the early 2020s, including School House, Finc3, and Taylor & Pond, these agencies united to form Front Row in 2023.
