  • Provide on-call risk consultation during daytime and evening clinic hours (on a rotating basis) for complex or crisis situations

  • Participate in the interview and evaluation process for prospective therapists to help ensure strong clinical fit and high standards of care

  • Mentor and support therapists in their professional growth

  • Participate in quality assurance efforts, including regular chart audits and outcome measurements

  • Collaborate with the clinical leadership team to develop and implement new evidence-based treatment approaches and programs

What we’re looking for

  • Extensive knowledge of evidence based treatments such as CBT, DBT, ERP, HRT, and/or behavioral parenting support & training

  • Experience treating children, adolescents, and/or young adults with a range of diagnoses including depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, behavioral challenges, and other diagnoses of childhood and adolescence
