We offer behavioral and community health solutions, including telepsychiatry, substance use disorder treatment, and telecounseling. We partner with primary care physicians (PCPs), Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs), specialty clinics, and Coordinated Care Management (CoCM) across the United States. Our services include psychiatric medication management, specialized counseling, and psychiatric consultation.

We help community health centers address behavioral health needs by providing integrated psychiatric care. We have over 120 clinicians who handle more than 200,000 patient visits annually. Our integrated care teams — psychiatrists, therapists, and substance use disorder (SUD) providers — work within our partner organizations. We provide clinical and operational oversight, including supervision, workflow management, compliance, and quality assurance. Our programs are scalable, and we offer support for implementation, Uniform Data System (UDS) reporting, value-based care, and compliance.

We deliver psychiatric and behavioral health services remotely, though some roles may require in-person work. Our clinical services include diagnostic evaluations, psychopharmacological management, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), supportive psychotherapy, and evidence-based individual and group therapy. We coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams such as PCPs, pediatricians, OB/GYNs, counselors, and peer supports. We prioritize a patient-first approach, incorporating trauma-informed care and harm reduction.
