Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant / Developer
10+ years of experience | Fluent English | Remote | International Projects
Are you a seasoned Dynamics 365 Business Central expert with over a decade of hands-on experience? Do you thrive in international environments and enjoy working directly with English-speaking clients? We’re looking for a highly skilled consultant or developer to join a global team, driving the implementation, customization, and optimization of Business Central solutions across industries.
✅ Key Requirements:
1. 🧠 Technical Expertise:
Deep, hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV) with 10+ years of experience.
Strong understanding of Business Central architecture, customization, and extension development using AL language.
Proven experience in integration, migration, and deployment of Business Central solutions.
Proficiency with Power Platform, APIs, and Azure services is a strong plus.
2. ⚙️ Functional Knowledge:
Experience implementing, configuring, and customizing Business Central across various industries.
Ability to translate complex business needs into effective functional solutions.
Strong knowledge of Business Central modules, especially in financials, supply chain, and manufacturing.
3. 💬 Communication & Consulting Skills:
Native or near-native English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Comfortable working directly with end-users, clients, and stakeholders in English-speaking markets.
Skilled in delivering training, user support, and clear documentation in English.
4. 🏅 Preferred Certifications & Background:
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate (preferred).
Prior experience working for a Microsoft Partner is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and ERP project delivery frameworks is a plus.
