Position Description
We’re looking for a Mid-Level UI/UX & Product Designer with a sharp eye for design and a passion for turning ideas into polished, user-centered experiences. You should be someone who thrives in the full design process — from initial concept all the way to final hand-off. The ideal candidate brings both creativity and structure, with hands-on experience in design systems and a strong foundation in UX research. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape products that are both functional and delightful to use.
Responsibilities
Design user-centered solutions from concept to delivery (wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows)
Conduct and analyze UX research (user feedback, usability tests, surveys, AB testing)
Collaborate in the development and maintenance of scalable design systems
Translate user needs and business goals into effective design outcomes
Work cross-functionally with developers and product teams to ensure seamless implementation Iterate designs based on data, feedback, and testing results
2–4 years of experience in a UI/UX or Product Design role
Proficiency in tools like Figma, FigJam, Adobe XD, Miro, or similar
Experience working with or contributing to design systems
Hands-on involvement in UX research and usability testing
Strong understanding of UX principles and human-centered design
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Good command of English (written and spoken) – comfortable communicating with international teams
Nice to Have
Experience with SaaS products
Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS)
Familiarity with analytics or testing tools (Hotjar, UserTesting, Maze, Google Analytics)
Comfortable working in agile teams and participating in design critiques
