  • Deliver findings and insights to upper management and stakeholders using storytelling techniques

  • Propose actionable recommendations on product and process

  • Create pilot plans for recommendations including documentation, identifying test groups, and establishing time frames

  • Engage with stakeholders throughout the pilots as needed

  • Conduct A/B testing, identifying control groups to measure against

Reporting & Measurement

  • Create standard reporting to establish baseline of existing sales funnel performance

  • Develop relevant reporting to track performance of pilots and processes, as well as supporting the business

  • Properly establish metrics to measure success and identify additional opportunities

Team Support

  • Help grow team capabilities through best practices, skill sharing, and collaboration

  • Support other team functions such as operational reporting, regulatory reporting, and data development, as needed

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in mortgage sales and originations required

  • 3-5 years’ experience in an analytics role such as decision science, data science, analytic insights, or similar

  • BS in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, computer science, decision science, or similar, or equivalent professional experience

  • Comprehension of core structured data and data warehouse concepts

  • Ability to work with a variety of personalities, including senior level management, and effectively use data to drive actionable recommendations

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of entire sales funnel, from lead generation to closing
