We are a financial technology and data platform founded in 2016. We help individuals and businesses improve financial health and make inclusive decisions through services like credit building, financial identity, ESG reporting, rent reporting, and rent relief. We work with over 5 million rental units and have facilitated $50 billion in credit activity.

Our Credit Building service reports rent payments to major credit bureaus. This helps renters build credit and often leads to an average credit score increase of +45 points for active renters. Our Financial Health service provides insights and resources for financial decisions. Rent Payments offers flexible payment experiences for renters. Esusu Identity Services verify identities and help prevent fraud. Our Analytics service lets users track payments, credit, and portfolio health in real time, connecting with partners like LeaseLock and Lafayette x Potomac. We also offer Rent Reporting and Esusu Pay.

Through a partnership with Stable Home Fund, a 501©(3) public charity, we offer Rent Relief. This program helps renters facing temporary financial hardships catch up on past-due rent, avoid eviction, and regain financial stability. To be eligible, renters typically need to live in a partner property, owe less than $5,000 in total rent, not be more than three months behind, and not currently be in the eviction process. The program has disbursed $25 million in funds, assisting over 12,000 families.
