Mutual of Omaha Mortgage, Inc. was founded in 2016 and is headquartered in San Diego, CA, and Chicago, IL. We are a division of Mutual of Omaha, which has served customers since 1909. We offer a range of home loan products, including purchase mortgages, mortgage refinancing, cash-out refinancing, VA loans, and both forward and reverse mortgage solutions. We use technology and operational support to make the loan process easier. Our tools include the MORE Home Valuation + Search Tool, a mobile app for loan information and document requests, a CRM for lead management and automated engagement campaigns, and the Mortgage Coach platform for borrower loan advice. We aim for efficient decisions, with 24-hour underwriting turnarounds and a focus on timely purchase closings. We offer competitive rates and structure mortgages based on market patterns.

Vacation hours accrue each pay period, with maximums based on years of service. We offer 40 hours of paid sick time after 90 days of employment, applying state requirements as needed.
