The Role and Project
As a .NET Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing a modern payment system for a prominent Scandinavian bank. The Global Payment Platform operates on microservices, utilizes message brokers, and features autonomous teams that serve 5 million customers in Sweden. In this position, you will not only write code but also provide guidance and mentorship to a team of skilled engineers. Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of robust and scalable software solutions using the .NET framework.
- Mentor and coach a team of developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Represent your team in SAFE framework rituals within organization.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Drive best practices in software development, including testing, continuous integration, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Technologies - .NET, OpenShift, Kafka, IBM MQ, MS SQL, Redis.
Extensive background in the .NET framework, C#, and associated technologies.
Demonstrated experience in a technical leadership role or as a team lead.
Deep understanding of architectural principles and patterns.
Experience with micro-services, APIs, and PaaS (OpenShift).
Comprehensive knowledge of database systems, including MS-SQL and Redis.
Knowledge or experience of Kafka and IBM MQ would be an advantage.
Knowledge or experience of Angular would be an advantage

Salary range: 5500 EUR to 7000 EUR monthly before taxes (40-45 EUR plus VAT for contractors).
