Our team in Japan is now looking for a Network Engineer.
About the Role
As the pioneering engineer in Japan for Ubiquiti products, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and market penetration in Japan. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will serve as the head of the engineering department for Ubiquiti Japan. Your responsibilities encompass everything from pre-sales activities to post-sales support. You’ll be proactively involved in customer visits and product presentations in webinars. For the foreseeable future, you’ll engage in both pre-sales and post-sales activities, tailoring the complete range of Ubiquiti products to customer needs, striving to enhance user experience with optimal solutions.
Responsibilities
- Master the entire product suite of Ubiquiti to propose optimal solutions, aiming to improve user experiences.
- Gather feedback from partners and customers, identify areas for product or service improvement, and promptly take actions to address them.
Knowledge and Experience
- Business-level English communication capabilities.
- Proven track record and experience as a pre-sales network engineer, capable of proposing based on concrete case studies and past achievements.
- Strong communication skills, able to articulate complex technical challenges clearly to customers and partners.
- A person of high integrity, earning the trust of colleagues and customers alike. You recognize that building trust is key to business success.
- Ambitious towards set goals and proactive in nature, consistently seeking to exceed given targets.

Ubiquiti製品の日本における普及と市場での販売成長を牽引する日本初のエンジニアとしての役割を担います。営業チームと緊密に連携しながら、Ubiquiti Japanのエンジニア部門の責任者として活躍します。プレセールス活動からアフターサポートまでの業務をカバーし、顧客との関係を強化するための訪問や、Webinarでの製品プレゼンテーションも積極的に行います。当面はプレセールス、ポストセールスの両方の業務に従事するとともに、顧客ニーズに合わせてUbiquitiの全製品群を提案し、最適なソリューションでユーザーエクスペリエンスの向上を追求します。
