Promoting best practices and ensuring that we provide the highest quality of care to Thirty Madison patients everywhere is vital to supporting the patient experience. Accordingly, we’re looking for a patient-centered and quality-focused Advanced Practice Provider to join Keeps Medical Group (KMG) as a staff level telemedicine clinician to care for patients on our telemedicine platform and focus on delivering quality medical expertise through virtual care.

In this role, you’ll practice in an enriching environment focused on delivering quality care in a system dedicated to evidence-based medicine with advanced decision-support tools, and clinical support. You are the ideal Advanced Practice Provider if you are highly motivated by the opportunity KMG presents to dramatically redefine how care is delivered to millions of patients.   • The base pay range for this position is $96,880 to $133,210 per year**

**Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and in some cases licensure. An annual incentive plan and differentials may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.

What You Get To Do Every Day

  • Consult and treat patients experiencing a variety of conditions
  • Proactively check in with patients on their treatment plans
  • Collaborate with customer service for operational support as needed
  • Respond to patient messages and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Provide feedback to improve quality of care and operational processes
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Bring To The Role

  • Active NP/PA license
  • At least two (2) years of telehealth experience, significant experience in mental health
  • Multiple state licenses required; must have at least 10 licenses
  • Must be able to work at least one (1) weekend shift a month
  • Must be able to work 4 holidays and holiday weekends annually
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • No restrictions to be credentialed with Medicaid or other payers
  • Able to deliver to patients empathetic high-quality care
  • Passionate about patient education
  • Willingness to work across various conditions/service lines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is a plus
